What is the link to our domain's webmail?
How do I change my email password?
- Login to your Google Apps webmail (see above for that address), in the upper right corner click on Settings, then look at the top of the page for a link called Accounts. Click on Accounts and at the bottom of that page is a section for changing your password. Be aware that changing your password will require 3rd party email programs to have their passwords updated to the new one. Same goes for retrieving email on a Blackberry or other phone.
How do I get my email on a mobile device?
- See here. Just select which smartphone you own and follow the instructions. Contact us if you need any help.
My internet is down. Can you help me with this or should I call my ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
- Even if the issue is with your provider, we can act as a liaison to get you up and running again. We will contact the ISP to see if there are any service outages, and troubleshoot from there as needed.
Someone sent me an email, but I didn't get it! -or- I sent someone an email, but they didn't get it!
- There are many possible causes for a lost email, but most often the missing message is in the spam folder. If you do find it in the spam folder, check the box next to the message and click the "Not spam" button. This will prevent future emails from that address from being classified as spam.
