History

In 1999, Matthew Kennedy started Dynamic Networking, specializing in IT support and software development. The business grew and in 2003 merged with a graphic design firm. Praetus LLC is the combination of these complimentary skills. Today we support 50+ small/medium sized organizations with their IT network, email, websites, and software tools.

We observed that many organizations were struggling to find knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy tech support. All they needed was someone who could take responsibility and ensure that all the pieces of their IT system operated in the most efficient, reliable, and cost effective manner. For 10 years we have built an infrastructure that provides a complete package for 99% of an organization's tech requirements. Whether it is a service like web hosting or backups, or the experience to diagnose a problem, we'll have the solution.

I believe that Information Technology (IT) is 50% communication and 50% implementation. Behind every computer there is a real person. If people can communicate more effectively, we'll all benefit and can utilize these tools instead of feeling hindered by them.

Our success is when a customer is not required to keep track of system details so they can utilize their time with the work they do best.

We are committed to providing every service with excellence. A good reputation is very important to us, and this determines the level of quality and integrity that our clients expect. If a customer is not happy, then we have always worked (on our dime) to correct any issues.
